Established Chinese sculptor Lai Chi Man's participation in "Tung Ho Steel International Artist Residency Program" is a brand new interdisciplinary challenge. Tung Ho Steel Foundation has been contributing to social justice and cooperating with National Culture and Arts Foundation for more than ten years.
