Huian stone carving industry quality development conference and the 7th China (HuiAn) sculpture festival will be held in September 2024-October, on the occasion of the HuiAn carving art and garden launched "China (HuiAn) international master sculpture exhibition plan" of "landscape" ——LAI CHI MAN sculpture exhibition, expect through solo exhibition planning, academic research, art promotion and publishing, build HuiAn international master sculpture exhibition new ecology. The exhibition will present nearly 50 sculptures of LAI CHI MAN, video materials, creative manuscripts, etc., showing the artist's creative thoughts and exploration spirit in detail.
Professor LAI CHI MAN, born in Hong Kong, is an important figure in the sculpture industry of Taiwan and Taiwan. He has been working in Hui for nearly 30 years. Li followed Henraux S.P.A in his early years in Carrala, Italy. Learning sculpture skills, worked with famous sculptors such as Henry Moore, Noguchi and Pietro Sierra; four years later, went to Wyoming under the guidance of the sculptor Robert Russin (Robert Russin); received a Master of Arts from the University of Wyoming in 1980; was recruited as a member of the Beeldende Kunstenaars Regeling (BKR) project in 1982; returned to Taiwan to teach at Taipei University of the Arts in 1984.
LAI CHI MAN's sculpture art is widely recognized by the world of art, and his works have been collected by world famous art institutions such as the Dutch BKR Visual Art Institution, the Art Museum of the University of Wyoming, Taipei Art Museum, Japan Original Art Museum and Taiwan Art Museum.
